A professional review of Central Coast Blue hydrological, geologic, and financial claims. They uncovered a number of concerns that have similarly been raised by local engineers and geohydrological professionals and citizens alike. 

In April 2024 at a City Talk event, the City of Grover Beach presented this report on upcoming development in Grover Beach. However, they did not provide the number of units or the applicant for each of these properties. This report provides that information based on a search of City meetings and staff reports.

April 3, 2024—Grover Beach Community Development Director gave a report on current development projects approved and proposed for the city. Attendees were surprised to see so many high-rise residential buildings, which appear contrary to the 2004 community visioning workshops, which limited buildings to 4 stories and then only at 4th & Grand.
